Whole Chiles

Dried chiles are essential to Asain and Southwestern cooking. Especially, a lot of Asian cuisine dishes call for either long hot green peppers or small red chilis. Just toss them into a dish whole and call it done. Soups, stir-fries, curries, whatever, just throw and go.
